Municipality of Preveza
The Municipality of Preveza is located at the Regional Unit of Preveza and the Region of Epirus. The present Municipality was formed at the 2011 local government reform by the merge of 3 former Municipalities that became Municipal Units. The Municipality of Preveza covers an area of 66, 8 km2, while the population is estimated at 31.733 citizens, according to 2011 census. The Municipality has more than 90 employees covering all administrative and technical needs. The staff has considerable experience in issues of National and European funded Programmes having participated in several similar projects. It has experience in the implementation of regional projects funded by the European Structural and Investment Funds. The Municipality has elaborated an Action Plan for the Sustainable Energy of Preveza, co-financed by ERDF.
Municipality of Finiq
The Municipality of Finiq is located at the Region of Vlorë. It includes 58 villages, mostly populated from the members of the Greek Minority in Albania. The total area of the Municipality is 44,100 hectares, rich in archaeological and natural monuments, which in the future can offer economic growth through tourism. Its staff, 200 in number, consist of administrative personnel, specialist of all the fields and specialized workers. Its personnel is experienced in the management of EU programs, management of human resources and IT expertise. The Municipality has acquired adequate experience from Interreg projects such as MileSTONES I & II, RHYTHM and NCNET.

Special Account for Research Funds
The University of Ioannina – Special Account for Research Funds is located in Ioannina in the Region of Epirus. The University has 863 employees, with 214 of the covering the covering administration and technical needs. The Special Account for Research Funds has extensive knowledge concerning the implementation of European co-funded projects. The University of Ioannina has implemented many projects as Lead Beneficiary or Project Beneficiary. Moreover, the Department of Early Education has great experience in developing environmental educational actions and/or curricula e.g. the Erasmus+ project ÉPOQUE, while the Dept. of Computer Science and Engineering employs specialists on Web Technologies, Object Oriented Programming etc.
